    考核新模式，护理新启航——护理部举办首届护理OSCE考核

    扬大医学院第二期同等学力申请硕士学位（无锡）班顺利开班
    9月12日下午，扬州大学医学院2020年同等学力申请硕士学位（无锡）班在我院如期开班。扬州大学医学院副院长李伟，继续教育办公室主任张跃、副主任华江，锡山区卫健委副主任、医院副院长陈益飞，我院相关科室负责人以及扬大硕导和学员参加了此次开班仪式。


    开班仪式上，扬大医学院副院长李伟、锡山人民医院副院长陈益飞以及硕导代表顾军博士先后致辞。他们对广大学员寄予了殷切的期望，希望大家珍惜学习机会，明确学习目标，充分利用各类学习资源，不断提升自我，圆满完成学业。

    ICU：车祸濒危患者转危为安

    mso-pagination:none;">font-size:14.0000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;">为了全力救治患者生命，font-size:14.0000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;">急诊（重症）医学科主任font-size:14.0000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;">许玺召集font-size:14.0000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;">ICU医护团队font-size:14.0000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;">开展font-size:14.0000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;">病例讨论，制定患者下一步治疗方案。讨论时他提出，在ARDS的患者中，小潮气量，高PEEPfont-size:14.0000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;">（font-size:14.0000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;">呼气末正压font-size:14.0000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;">）font-size:14.0000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;">提升氧合，减轻肺损伤是常规治疗方案font-size:14.0000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;">。font-size:14.0000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;">该患者年纪较轻，起病较急，在充分镇痛镇静下，应该进行俯卧位通气，改善通气血流比例，促进塌陷区肺泡复张font-size:14.0000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;">，font-size:14.0000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;">若俯卧位后氧合改善不明显，应及早考虑ECMO（体外膜肺氧合，人工心肺）治疗。font-size:14.0000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;">副主任余贤font-size:14.0000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;">提出，该患者可以行PICCO（脉搏指示连续心排量监测，热稀释法）导管置入，监测心功能，同时还可以监测肺水情况，指导font-size:14.0000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;">医护团队开展font-size:14.0000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;">精细化的液体管理。全友宏医师提出，患者左足感染严重，培养出金黄色葡萄球菌，不能排除血行感染导致ARDS，还应进行纤支镜肺泡灌洗，同时送病原学监测，指导下一步治疗。font-size:14.0000pt;mso-font-kerning:1.0000pt;">
